We only accept returned items that were purchased in one of our Fjällräven online stores. Item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of receipt. For personalized items (Kånken Me and Kånken Me Mini),

To cancel your purchase contract, you can use our
online termination form
or return the purchased items by following the following steps.
Exchanges: If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and then place a new order. This ensures faster service and helps us maintain accurate inventory.
To complete a return, please follow the instructions in the "How to Make a Return" section.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make your return easier, click the link in your shipping confirmation or follow these steps:
Clickhere and enter your order number and the email address registered in the order.
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Select the reason for your return.
• If you wish to return your order for a refund, please choose the option: “I would like a refund”.
• If you wish to make a warranty claim, click “Make a claim”. A request will be sent to Customer Service who will contact you with further instructions.
The return service available to you will be displayed, please click on this option.
Print the created label.
• Pack the item(s) securely in a box. You can use the box the items came in or another one if you prefer. • Attach the label to the outside of your package. Make sure to remove or completely cover the old label.
Leave the package at the delivery service drop-off location.
• Please make sure to always keep the receipt you receive. In case of lost parcel, this is necessary as proof.
Return Process
We will process a refund based on your initial request. Please note that you will receive a notification when the refund has been processed. This will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned items.
For personalized items
Products designed to your specifications or that are clearly personalized (e.g., the models (Kånken Me and Kånken Me Mini) are excluded from the right of withdrawal (for more information, refer to the instructions on the right of withdrawal). For more information regarding defective items, please see the "Defects" section of our general terms and conditions.
Legal guarantee
If the purchased goods are defective within 2 years of receipt,
the statutory provisions regarding liability for defective products apply. To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must be able to provide proof of purchase. Please note that we only accept goods purchased on our website. For goods purchased in stores/from dealers, warranty issues must be handled at the point of purchase specified on the receipt.
