PAYMENTS

All payments must be validated and accepted by the card issuer/credit card company and us to ensure security and prevent fraudulent transactions. Payment security is our top priority. Therefore, all data is transmitted over encrypted servers (SSL/HTTPS). This system prevents fraudulent use of bank/credit cards by unauthorized persons. Fenix never stores any information about your bank card. 

If you pay by bank/credit card, it will be accepted when you place your order and you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been placed. The amount will only be debited once the order has been processed and the products have left our warehouse.

However, if you made a personalized, non-returnable purchase, such as Kånken Me and Kånken Me Mini , the amount will be charged directly to your card once the order is placed.

If your card is declined, no transaction will be recorded and you will be immediately informed on screen that your payment has been declined. You will then be prompted to use another payment method.
