DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME

Please note that we do not deliver to the following territories: Guadeloupe, French Guinea, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Monaco, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, the islands of Wallis and Futuna and New Caledonia.
* Please note that our delivery companies do not deliver on public holidays and weekends.
TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track your order using the tracking link in your order shipment email or in DHL email and SMS.
All deliveries are made by DHL couriers; your delivery will be fully tracked with email and SMS updates (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the process. On the morning of your delivery, DHL will contact you with a one-hour delivery window and the name of your driver. You will also receive the following options available online and via SMS:
Select another delivery date
Allow your package to be in a specified secure location
Or pick up at your local DHL PickUp Shop
A signature is required upon receipt; if no one is available to sign for the package, a card will be left with information on how to arrange a second delivery or pickup.
FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Products designed to your specifications or customized (such as Kånken Me and Kånken Me Mini) are manufactured by a third party and then shipped to our warehouse. You will be able to track your package as soon as it is shipped from our warehouse.
